Founding Operations & Systems Lead

Help build the systems, people and operations behind Singlescan as we grow across Australia and internationally.

This is not a normal job application.

This is for someone who wants to help build an early-stage business from the ground up and potentially earn a meaningful ownership position as the business grows.

The right person would work closely with the founder, help build and manage our systems, support Advocates, coordinate events and people, solve problems and turn Singlescan into something that can scale worldwide.

Victoria is preferred because of the close working relationship involved, but an exceptional Australian-based person elsewhere will still be considered.

I am comfortable helping manage events, people, Advocates and day-to-day operations.
I am prepared to work hard, take ownership, solve problems and be judged on what I actually build and deliver.
